We focus our efforts in recruiting local people, sharing our experience and knowledge to assist them in getting their business off to a great start! As a team we feel it is important to offer regular face to face contact, and being local means we are in the perfect position to do this. |
Our team currently holds over 70 Representatives and 7 Sales Leaders. Our Sales Leaders all use the same training systems designed by us, which have been developed over time and proven to work.
So what do you get when you join AVON Cornwall?
We will spend approximately 45min-1hour during your first appointment explaining how to get the best use out of the tools we give you. We then book a second appointment to come back around 10 days later to see how you are getting on, and to show you how to use your Avon Website.

You will receive an account number for which you can register to Avon’s website. The website contains plenty of video training guides. There is even an eBrochure you can download to your Facebook! Plus we have Avon Connects, our very own online forum; this is a great tool for getting plenty of different ideas for your business.
So you’ve joined with AVON Cornwall, then what?
We continue to provide a high level of support our team. We do this by;
- Being available to contact via phone from 9am till 7pm Monday till Friday (Unless its order day then it is 10pm) and 9am till 3pm Saturday. But I’m sure you’ll find one of the Sales Leaders on Facebook out of these hours, ready to help.
- Keeping regular contact via email
- We have our very own Facebook group ‘Avon Team Cornwall’ we regularly post info on upcoming events, important information, ideas to help your business plus much more.
- We have our own Newsletter in which will celebrate our team’s achievements with Prizes for the top 3 Reps each Campaign.
- Opportunity’s to meet over coffee/tea and discuss your business; these are known as Avon surgeries
- Invitation’s to training sessions (these are usually conducted by the local Area Sales Managers)
- Assisting you in using attraction marketing and social networking to take your business to the next level.
